Nick Musgrave

Nick was born in Sydney, Australia and after school felt the pull of hospitality despite three attempts at university. His first role within wine was as the General Manager of Bar Elvina in Sydney in 2019 during which he completed the WSET Level 2 and developed an interest in all things vinous. This led him to help with bottling in Australia's Hunter Valley for three separate vintages. In 2022, he opened and then owned and operated Randy's, a 26-seat beachside wine bar, whilst simultaneously working for Grafted Wines, a Sydney-based distribution company. Since moving to Manchester in 2025, Nick worked at Ad Hoc Wine Shop as wholesale manager before leaving to join Flint, and is looking forward to becoming part of the community here.
