The family, make 7 wines from 6 vineyards, from about 33 different small plots. They have 10.5 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc and 3 hectares of Pinot Noir.
The work in the vineyard is very natural, with flora and fauna allowed to grow alongside the vines. The grapes are hand harvested and the use of new wood kept to a minimum. Both the Desmalets and the Denisottes are made in tiny quantities for the appellation and are wonderfully mineral and complex.
