Mark invested in the property and started making wine in 2005. The soil is clay/ gravel over limestone. The vineyards are planted mostly with Merlot followed by Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec.
In the vineyard and cellar Mark is working as naturally as possible but will use treatments if necessary. The grapes are harvested by hand and the fermentation takes place in cement tanks. The wines will be aged in new oak depending on the vintage.
