Thanks to Paul’s shrewd acquisitions of vineyards, Thierry has some wonderful plots to work with. His wines all have a tell tale minerality and purity to them and real bite. New oak is well handled and the wines have real refinement. Alongside the wines of the domaine, Thierry also runs a small, but high quality negotiant range under his own name, which are all made with the same ethos. This is now one of the top 5 domaines in Chassagne.
