You must be of legal purchase age in your country of access or residence in order to buy any alcoholic beverage from Flint Wines. Prices Where bottle prices are quoted, these prices are inclusive of duty and VAT. Case prices are quoted in bond (ib) unless otherwise stated. Prices are provisional and subject to our confirmation. Prices are exclusive of delivery charges where applicable. Excise duty rates are as follows:
Payment Payment can be made by UK cheque, bank transfer or credit card. Flint Wines bank details are as follows:
Payment is due within 30 days of the date of invoice. Flint Wines shall retain title of all goods until funds have been paid in full. We reserve the right to charge interest at 5% above the National Westminster base rate on all overdue sums. Delivery Delivery to mainland UK is free on all orders over £200 ex VAT. Delivery to mainland UK on all orders below £200 ex VAT is charged at £10 ex VAT. Other delivery charges to be charged at cost.
Minimum order
The minimum order is £100 ex VAT unless otherwise stated. Goods will be deemed to have been received satisfactorily unless claims to the contrary are made within three days of collection or delivery. Any refund or exchange of goods deemed to be faulty shall be granted at the discretion of Flint Wines upon the return of the goods. We shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. |
