Beaucastel has long been one of the top names in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and despite the emergence of various new pretenders in recent years, it remains one of the areas most sought after wines.

As well as the powerful, long living Châteauneuf, Beaucastel also produces a more humble Côtes-du-Rhône which makes for delicious and stylish drinking for about ten years post vintage. Despite a succession of great vintages demand for Beaucastel has not wavered and much of our allocation sells out en primeur, although we still have decent stocks of the lovely, but strangely overlooked 2004.
