The upward curve in Louis Boillot's wines since he left the family operation and went solo, sharing a cellar wife Ghislaine Barthod, has been both dramatic and impressive. He now produces an impressive array of small quantity, high quality wines from a multitude of appellations. To date we have only dipped out toe into his offerings but an impressive tasting of his 2008s has encouraged to expand teh range and we look forward to a more comprehensive offering in our January offer.
