Pascal and Florence Lachaux run this top class domaine in Vosne-Romanee and exploit some of the village's finest vineyards. In style the wines combine strong aromatic elements with a sumptuous touch which makes for some truly delicious Pinot Noirs. The signature wine of the Domaine is Les Suchots but the whole range is impressive and well worth seeking out. The 2001 Echezeaux featured in the inaugural Flint Wines Dinner Club dinner in June and was stunning, if a little young. It's consequently sold through now but the 2002 should, in time, be even better!
