Jeffrey Grosset founded Grosset Estate in 1981 and has subsequently become THE Riesling Guru of Australia. His wines are the most sought after of this wonderful varietal outside of Europe, displaying terrific purity and minerality. His Polish Hills Riesling has, remarkably, become an allocation only wine and we await the release of the 2007. For the moment, though, we are delighted to be able to offer his Watervale Riesling, which is simply mouthwatering. A touch more forward in style than the Polish Hills, it has sumptuous freshness and bite and beautiful, fine-grained fruit.
